Cooking with Indian Spices
In-PersonDiscover the wonderful flavors and health benefits of spice-laden Indian cuisine. Dr. Nandita Selvanathan will offer a detailed look at the cooking of her native land. Participants will hear about food preparation techniques and the benefits of incorporating traditional spices. Dr. Nandita Selvanathan is an avid cook and a scientist with a specialty in biological sciences, providing a background in health and food properties. She learned about Indian Cuisine from her family and the Ayurvedic School. Her workshops combine flavour and nutrition, and cover heart-healthy, vegan, and gluten free cuisines.
