Lucky to Survive: a Holocaust survivor

In 1942, at the age of 16, Isaac Gotfried was sent to a slave labour camp in Germany and subsequently to a concentration camp. He managed to escape during the infamous Death March of 1945. He will share his story with us, along with an introduction by Belle Jarniewski, Executive Director, Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada. Facilitated by the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg and the Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada.
