Fermented Foods: When Bacteria Might Be Good for You

In-Person
You've heard of probiotics, but what about prebiotics? Fermented foods are a source of probiotics, and other foods provide prebiotics, which support the gut microbiome. This talk will introduce the gut microbiome, how diet may affect the microbiome, and how it in turn influences health.
