Les zines sont un mélange de journal, de scrapbooking et de collage. Découvrez la culture des zines, explorez différentes techniques artistiques et créez votre propre zine. Pendant ce programme, les instructions seront données en français et en anglais. This program will be bilingual in English and French. De 13 à 17 ans. 90 minutes. 

Zines are a mix of journaling, scrapbooking and collaging. Learn about zine culture, explore different artistic techniques, and create your own. All supplies provided, no experience necessary. Ages 13-17. 90 minutes. 

This program is part of Teen Summer Challenge at Winnipeg Public Library.

Programs and events at Winnipeg Public Library are always free.

Registration is required. There are 20 seats available.

Public Program Registration Guidelines

  • An email address is required to register for all programs. If you do not have an email address, register by calling or visiting any Library branch.
  • Duplicate registrations for the same name will be cancelled.
  • The Library reserves the right to limit the number of program attendees.
  • Family programs including Baby Rhyme Time, Toddler Time, Family Story Time, and 3-5 with a caregiver programs are an opportunity for caregivers to participate together with their child in the program.
  • School age programs are for children ages 6-8, 6-12, or 9-12. Children attend on their own unless otherwise indicated. Teen programs are for ages 13-17.
  • Programs with children ages 11 and younger require a caregiver to remain in the library during the program. In the absence of a caregiver, the Library does not assume responsibility for a child.
  • Children are not supervised by library staff outside of the program space (e.g. washroom breaks or leaving the program early exit from the program).
  • Children of all abilities are welcome to attend Library programs. If the child requires the support of a caregiver to participate in a program, please speak with staff.
  • Online library programs use Zoom. Please familiarize yourself with Zoom before the program.
