Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Online

Face the challenges of caregiving with the right tools! In just six weeks, you will develop self-care tools to keep you well while you take on what can feel like an overwhelming role. Action-planning and solution-seeking throughout helps you apply new tools. Workshops focus on either caring for an adult or child.

This online program runs for 6 meetings, starting Thursday September 17 through to Thursday October 22, from 10-11:30am.

This program includes group discussion questions. For the best learning experience, please join with your camera turned on.

This series is provided in partnership with the Wellness Institute of Seven Oaks Hospital. Learn more about this program on the Wellness Institute website.
