DESCRIPTION:Anyone can make a zine!  Learn all about zines and DIY 
 publishing with local artist Natalie Mark. Regardless of skill level or 
 access to materials or design programs\, you can start with paper\, drawing 
 utensils\, and an idea! Find out what a zine is and use the materials 
 provided to start creating your own.\n\nNatalie Mark 麥月明 is a Queer 
 Chinese-Canadian illustrator and cartoonist. Their work is somewhere 
 between a reflection of life and small curiosities. Natalie has created 
 installation work for Pride Toronto’s 2017 Street Fair and video work for 
 Reel Asian International Film Festival\, as well as community art projects 
 for Winnipeg’s Chinatown. They were awarded the Cupcake mentorship with 
 CAKE (Chicago) where they will be debuting their latest comic.\n\nPresented 
 in partnership with ArtsJunktion.
